| Description: | Responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of new repair stations in the Asia Pacific region. Also oversees any operational repair stations and any business that may be associated with that repair station. |
| Duties: | * Develop FAA approved Minimum Equipment List, RVSM manuals and list of material for each component in the capabilities list of the repair station.
* Ensure the highest quality of maintenance and safety for all bases of operation through development and implementation of maintenance policies.
* Coordinate maintenance activities at each operating location and coordinate oputside services and technical support activites.
* Modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
* Develop and implement process monitoring improvement systems, as well as plans for the efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
* Provide guidance and assistance to maximize performance and customer satisfaction by participating in project and program reviews.

| Qualifications: | * Experience building new FAA repair station
* Familiar with FAA requirements to conform with FAA 145-domestic and international.
* Knowledge of FAA regulations and NDT inspections.
* Experience with components manauls and FAA data.
* Program management experience
* Understanding of lean six sigma Experience with components manuals and FAA data.
* Experience managing shop, purchasing, and inspection personnel.
Education Requirements:
* 15-18 years experience in the commercial and regional avaiation market including:
Five to ten years managing FAA 145 repair station, and eight years experience on component and repair sales. |
