| Duties: | � Contacts new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific Wencor Group products.
� Multitasks with phone calls, emails, faxes, and data entry into the computer, and is proficient with Excel.
� Answers customers� questions about products, prices, availability, etc.
� Emphasizes product features based on analysis of customer�s needs.
� Maintains customer profiles.
� Researches products and has fundamental understanding of their technical use.
� Helps with collections as needed.
� Establishes and Maintains good customer relations.
� Obtains competitive information and Intelligence at responsible accounts.
� Obtains new PMA development applications and understands Wencor/Dixie core competencies.
� Understands contracts and pursues both Purchasing and Development.
� Travels to customers 50% of time and visit Key customers per Visitation table based on customer potentials.
� Continually follows up on New PMA part approvals and promotes to applicable customers
Attributes: Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to make effective presentations to individuals and groups. Must be fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency is also desired.

| Qualifications: | � Must be fluent with MS Office software and other computer applications generally.
� Must have general aviation knowledge.
� Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
� Previous sales experience. Bachelor's degree and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
