Description:Wencor, LLC (headquartered in Springville, UT) primarily distributes parts to the commercial Aerospace aftermarket. In addition, Wencor also supports the following value-added business lines:

1. PMA � Wencor designs, qualifies and manufactures certain replacement parts under FAA PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) to qualified repair organizations.
2. Wencor is also certified to do Repair and Overhaul on a limited number of Aerospace sub-systems in US facilities.
3. Kitco, a sister company, does kitting and assembly for Military and Commercial Aerospace clients as well as SAR (Source Approval Request) development.
4. Wencor manufactures a portion of the PMA products at its Utah location primarily related to machining, milling and turning.

Our products primarily support the repair and overhaul operations of Commercial Airline fleets via distribution and other specific value-added services. We have global capabilities with worldwide sales, 3 distribution and support facilities in the US, as well as sales and support sites in both Europe and Asia.

Duties:Reporting to the President of Wencor, this position is responsible for the overall success of the PMA program.

General responsibilities include the following:
� Executive oversight of Engineering, PMA Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Technical Purchasing, Market Research and Product Development.
� Directs and coordinates the research, planning, development, and implementation of all PMA activities.
� Participates with other senior level management in formulating and administering company policies and developing strategy, long-range goals and objectives.
� Confers with other executives and administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
� Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine PMA programs progress toward stated goals and objectives.
� Develops, recommends, evaluates and obtains approval of all PMA related personnel and operational plans and programs.
� Selects, develops, and motivates necessary management talent.
� Guides the development of innovative compensation and benefit programs and provides cost control PMA activities
� May serve as member of management committees on special studies.
Qualifications:� MBA with undergraduate degree in related field such as Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing
� 10 years senior level management experience
� 5 years of related industry experience
� 5 years experience working with FAA and PMA approvals is highly desired
� Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations including Part 21: Certification Procedures for Products and Parts, and Part 145: Repair Stations, and Parts Manufacturer Approval Procedures (PMA) Order 8110.42C is highly desired.
