| Description: | Wencor, LLC (headquartered in Springville, UT) primarily distributes parts to the commercial Aerospace aftermarket. In addition, Wencor also supports the following value-added business lines:
1. PMA � Wencor designs, qualifies and manufactures certain replacement parts under FAA PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) to qualified repair organizations.
2. Wencor is also certified to do Repair and Overhaul on a limited number of Aerospace sub-systems in US facilities.
3. Kitco, a sister company, does kitting and assembly for Military and Commercial Aerospace clients as well as SAR (Source Approval Request) development.
4. Wencor manufactures a portion of the PMA products at its Utah location primarily related to machining, milling and turning.
Our products primarily support the repair and overhaul operations of Commercial Airline fleets via distribution and other specific value-added services. We have global capabilities with worldwide sales, 3 distribution and support facilities in the US, as well as sales and support sites in both Europe and Asia.

| Duties: | Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, this position is responsible to source, purchase and broker commercial aircraft parts.
General responsibilities include the following:
� Perform research, qualification and selection of sources for brokered and rotables commercial aircraft parts
� Prepare, solicit, and evaluate competitive bids.
� Negotiate best possible cost for brokered parts to ensure gross margin goals are met.
� Generate quotes directly to customers for rotable and brokered parts
� Negotiate and execute Lease/Exchange agreements with end customers, and assist Wencor sales account representatives in processing exchange orders
� Manage exchanges, including coordinating on shipment of rotable part to customer, monitoring core return, and invoicing the customer for contracted repair or core recertification charges.
� Manage rotables repair program, including evaluating repair shop capabilities and quality or work performed, negotiating repair agreements, terms, pricing, and use of Wencor and other distribution parts in the repairs
� Coordinate with Operations and Quality Manager to resolve documentation, inspection, storage and shipping issues with rotables or brokered parts.
� Create master record for new parts in the Wencor mainframe computer
� Manage inventory listings in Parts Master database, ensuring that rotables inventory listed in Wencor mainframe reflects correct catalog code, condition code, cost, and accurate description of the parts.
� Issue purchase orders, follow up and expedite brokered and rotables parts until delivered to final destination
� Resolve documentation issues on rotable or brokered parts.
� Procure technical data from suppliers or OEM to assist in establishing Export Classification Code Number (ECCN) as required.
� Ensures the Rotables and Brokering transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, Federal Aviation Administration regulations, and all other state and federal laws and regulations that apply to the procurement, storage and sale of commercial aircraft parts.
� Process returns for rejected parts.
� Resolve customers issues/problem in conjunction with the inside sales Rep.

| Qualifications: | � Bachelor's degree in related field such as purchasing, areospace, aviation, engineering.
� 5 years experience in aerospace sales, purchasing, brokering, sourcing.
� Or, combination of equivalent education and experience.
� Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred |
