| Duties: | * Researches and writes for the legal department, ranging across all Wencor companies
* Reviews company contracts, contracting issues and contracting procedures
* Updates company documents and posts company documents on the intranet
* Supports litigation and other legal proceedings, including document discovery
* Analyzes business and corporate issues for the upper management team
* Prepares financial analyses for business development |
| Qualifications: | Education Requirements: Undergraduate, degree in Accounting or Finance, enrolled in Law school. |
